Common questions, answered clearly

Answers about AnnoVisio, Calendly, iCalendar feeds, public annual views and Team Portal organization.

What is AnnoVisio?

AnnoVisio is a WordPress plugin that displays events from Calendly and iCalendar feeds in a clear annual calendar view.

Can I still use Calendly?

Yes. Calendly remains the booking system. AnnoVisio adds the annual overview on your WordPress site and can send visitors into the Calendly booking flow.

Can I use Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar?

Yes, if the calendar can provide a usable iCalendar / ICS feed. Many calendar systems can publish such links, including Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Apple Calendar and iCloud.

What is an iCalendar or ICS feed?

It is a calendar link that lets another system read events from a calendar. AnnoVisio can use this kind of link as an event source.

How do multi-day events work?

AnnoVisio can display longer events across several days in the annual calendar, so retreats, courses, travel events and training blocks remain visible as connected events.

What is the Team Portal?

The Team Portal is a private annual view for logged-in users. Individual calendars can be marked for internal display, for example instructor availability, rooms, vehicles or equipment.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free is suited for one compact public annual overview. Pro supports larger setups with multiple shortcodes, multiple calendar sources, multiple Calendly connections, Team Portal, categories, colors and list view.

Does AnnoVisio replace my calendar system?

No. Calendly, Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar or another calendar system can remain the source of truth. AnnoVisio focuses on the WordPress annual overview.

Do you offer implementation help?

Business / Enterprise can include planning, onboarding and setup support for more complex calendar structures.
